PHOCI was a French distributor who had most of his shops in North of France and would also made some sales on catalogs.
Some of the cameras they sold were rebadged all with the "PHOKINA" or "INTERFLEX" names (made by Adox, Balda, Braun, Cosina, Franka-Werk, Haking, Halina, Hanimex, Indo, Petri, Ricoh, Voigtlander, Wirgin, Zenit). Some cameras were especially made for them and this black line of Vito/Vitoret cameras made by Voitglander is a good example.
Here are models I, II and III. A model IV also exists (but i havn't it in the hands yet :-)
