KUKA unknow small 127 camera

Here is the KUKA, a small camera for which i have no information nor be able to find anything about on the web

According to markings around the lens SPEZIAL LINSE (Special lens) and "Pte" for Patente (patent) it could be German due to language used :-) Also saying KUKA is like "Kuck mal" which in German means 'look at that'

The camera takes 127 film, it is small but heavy
