ERSCAM VISOFILM a very strange accessory

ERSCAM was a French manufacturer of well made projector & movie cameras from 1937 to 1962 date where ERSCAM merged with PATHE CINERIC to become E.P.C

From 1946 to 1955, ERSCAM made 9.5mm movie cameras, and after 1955 size changed to 8mm. Here is a cute 9.5mm camera called CAMEX

rarely seen is this VISOFILM set for CAMEX 9.5 movie camera. lets see what it is :

the box contains a black metal part that seems to fit into the camera, a tube with a glass looking like a viewfinder, a lamp and electrical transformer

inserting the black metal piece into the camera + the viewfinder tube allow to transform the camera in a viewer. Pushing the shutter button make the exposed film turn and then it can be seen in the removable viewfinder.

exhanging the viewfinder tube by the lamp allows to transform the camera in a projector (for small distance, more usable as control than real projection)

This accessories box makes the CAMEX 9.5 a viewer or a projector, isn't it really weird ?
