EASTMAN KODAK FOLDING POCKET French market

This Kodak Folding Pocket made in USA in 1898 was sold in France by "Le comptoir général de photographie L. GAUMONT & Cie Paris" as it can be read on the metal plate screwed on the camera and also inside the leather bag.

The French seller added a French touch to the American camera with the E. KRAUSS lens of Paris made with Zeiss glass. Lens is 98mm f/11 .
