well it's a Thornton Pickard Portrait PUCK in what seems to be a luxe brown variant but...

there is a mention in French embossed inside the camera saying "fabriqué en Angleterre" which means "made in England"...

Conclusion, this might be a luxe brown variant dedicated to french market. (?)
