PHILIPS FLASH a curious bakelite camera

PHILIPS is a brand mostly known for radios for which they used bakelite, they were also a big manufacturer for flash bulbs...

then this heavy bakelite camera is not really a surprise, because PHILIPS know how to mold bakelite...

and they made that camera with a f11 lens and big built-in flash (as they produced a lot of flashbulbs :-) )

Made in the Netherlands in 1950-195, this is the only camera made by PHILIPS

it used 620 films for 6x6 pictures

Actually it's a rare camera especially in very good condition in original box as it is for this sample.
